OBJECTIVE

To educate the marketplace into a new technology paradigm, Washlava used story narrative to delineate needed messages for customers, business partners and investors.

Brand Identity

We extended the brand into multiple collateral pieces including store signage, powerpoint slides and email templates.

Multi-Audience Site

A two-sided marketplace needed a singular website that functioned differently for various stakeholders. We designed and developed their website to showcase the business propositions to each shareholder group while maintaining the clean, modern brand feel.

Created in-store design to bring brand visuals and voice to the customer experience. Included "voice of brand" signage, instructional signs and large format back wall evoking good clean fun puns.

Visual design of app focused on clarity and simplified user experience for new customer behaviors and digital transition of laundry experience.

Concept, storyboard and create explainer video to launch product to store owners and detail out new technology and benefits.
